Shipping policy
All orders are shipped via FedEx Overnight to ensure your fresh-baked bread arrives in peak condition. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
Because our products are highly perishable, we do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or major FedEx holidays. This ensures your order always arrives within one day of leaving our bakery — never sitting in a warehouse over a weekend.
Orders require one business day to process. Our processing window is Monday through Thursday, before 2:00 PM ET. Orders placed outside this window will be processed on the next available business day.
For same-week delivery, we recommend placing your order between Sunday and Wednesday before 2:00 PM ET.
