Shipping policy

All orders ship via a FedEx shipping method intended to arrive the next day, so your fresh-baked bread reaches you in peak condition. Customers in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Rhode Island can also choose FedEx Home Delivery, while FedEx Overnight is available nationwide. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Because our products are highly perishable, we do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or major FedEx holidays. That keeps your order from sitting in a warehouse over a weekend, and it's intended to reach you within a day of leaving our bakery.

Orders require one business day to process. Our processing window is Monday through Thursday, before 2:00 PM ET. Orders placed outside this window will be processed on the next available business day.

For same-week delivery, we recommend placing your order between Sunday and Wednesday before 2:00 PM ET.

Orders that would otherwise ship on a Friday are held and shipped the following Monday, so your bread is intended to arrive fresh rather than sit over a weekend.

Carrier Delays

Once your order leaves our bakery, delivery timing is in FedEx's hands. We can't be responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. That said, fresh bread matters to us – if your order arrives late or not in the condition you expected, contact us and we'll make it right.
